Lisa Rivera

Lisa Rivera currently serves as the Family & Community Services Senior Director overseeing the Admissions department, the Family Center, Out-of-School Time (OST), and community engagement and partnerships. In this role, she ensures that new families have a smooth and pleasant transition in becoming new members of the CentroNía family and are educated about the different government programs and alternatives that they have to educate their children. The Family and Community Services Department will also work to ensure families find and receive access to various services they may need.

With more than 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, Lisa is committed to helping families with the highest quality standards of service. Prior to CentroNía, Lisa worked as Sales Processing Supervisor for DIRECTV Puerto Rico, a provider that transmits digital satellite television and audio to households in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. During her 14 years stay in the Company, Lisa worked for different departments including Customer Services, Retentions, Collections, Billing, and Sales Processing giving her the opportunity to diversify her knowledge and skills.

Lisa is a dedicated mother of three young men in a reorganized family. She completed her academic degree studying late nights after the birth of her youngest child not only to develop professionally but also to set an example for her children that it is never too late to achieve success in life. Now she encourages other women to be the best version of themselves. Lisa holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad del Este in Puerto Rico, where she graduated with honors.
