André Lackenbacher is the Human Resources Director at CentroNía. Andre was raised in Quito-Ecuador but he considers himself as a citizen of the world. André is bilingual (English-Spanish) and has a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Psychology, an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Development, and a Certificate in People Analytics. With over 10 years of experience in people-oriented positions, André has worked in diverse areas of HR that have allowed him to approach diverse groups of people and work directly with them.

On a personal side, André loves to bike, learn new things on YouTube (and the web!), watch soccer games and think about new solutions for the daily challenges. André would love to get to know you all! The doors of his office are always open and he is more than happy to chat with you.
