Marlenis Cruz currently serves as the Facilities Manager for CentroNía. In this role, Marlenis supervises all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations, repair, renovation and construction. Provides administrative and compliance support to ensure all aspects of the buildings daily operations, including space, transportation and infrastructure. Marlenis is a native Washingtonian and has more than 20 years providing administrative support for the nonprofit sector. She is bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong organizational and planning skills. She also possesses superior communication skills with deep appreciation for the culturally diverse community CentroNía serves.
