We are happy to announce that CentroNía's Tutoring Program is back for this Fall! We are seeking volunteers to support the program as tutors to students ages Kindergarten - 8th grade. The program will focus primarily on improving literacy skills and will also allow for students to receive support with homework.
Tutoring is offered Monday-Thursday from 4-6:00 PM and Saturday 10-12:00 PM. You must be able to commit to at least one day of the week for the length of the program's Fall term since you will matched with a student. Spanish language skills are helpful, but not neccessary. All volunteers must receive a Federal Background Check and TB test in order to participate in the program.
