Stir- Fry Tofu (Serves 4)
- Mix the soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic. Add to tofu and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a non stick pan, sauté the tofu with half of the marinating sauce for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Set aside.
- Add the rest of the sauce and vegetables in the pan and sauté for 5 minutes until cooked. Now add the tofu.
- Turn off the fire add the green onions. This dish tastes great served with rice or pasta, enjoy!
