These mini peppers were a hit at the CentroNía CERPA Launch Reception! Easy to pick up and so sweet after grilling, they are perfect for a Mediterranean theme party!
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place peppers on a baking sheet. Make sure it’s one layer so that all of them have a chance to brown. Lightly drizzle with some olive oil.
- Roast for about 30 minutes until soft and charred. You may want to turn them half-way so that both sides get the nice brown char.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and enjoy!
