Our Out-of-School Time program serves children from ages 4 – 10 (Pre-K to Grade 4). Our program provides academic support and engaging enrichment activities that extend and enhance the school-day experience. Through Studio R.O.C.K.S, children enjoy a welcoming, vibrant space to explore new interests, build friendships, and continue growing long after the final bell rings.

Hours
Before Care: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 8:45 AM (Studio ROCKS provides drop-off services)
Afternoon Care: School Dismissal – 6 PM. (Studio ROCKS provides pick-up services)
Full-Day Hours: 8 AM – 4:45 PM (Full Day services when public schools are closed)
Serving children Pre-K (4 years) – Grade 4 from HD Cooke Elementary School and Harriet Tubman Elementary
Pick-Up and Drop-Off:
Our CentroNía educators provide drop off and pick-up services from HD Cooke Elementary School and Harriet Tubman Elementary School – an 8-minute walk from our Columbia Rd. location.
After School & Enrichment Program
Studio R.O.C.K.S. is only offered at CentroNía’s Columbia Road center, providing before and after care services for children at HD Cooke Elementary School and Harriet Tubman Elementary School (PreK – Grade 4). Each day, our kitchen provides a free, freshly prepared snack and dinner. Children enjoy engaging enrichment activities, homework assistance, and fun activities that boost their confidence and curiosity. On days when school is closed for teacher professional development, we offer full-day programming for our families.
Winter, Spring, and Summer Camps
Studio R.O.C.K.S. offers Winter, Spring, and Summer Camp for children ages 4 – 10 (Pre-K to Grade 4). Nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. Campers explore different studios including physical education, dance, visual arts and performing arts, and fun hands on arts and STEM activities and of course enjoy exciting field trips!

Support for Families
We partner with parents to provide resources and guidance that support them as their child’s first teachers. Each center is supported by our Family Services Team offering parent education workshops and concrete relief for our most vulnerable families. Thanks to community generosity, donated items—from diapers to household supplies—help ensure families have essential support and stability during times of need.
