Susan Reddish

Susan Reddish plays a key role in the daily operations of the Finance Department, with strong emphasis on budget development processes, long and short range planning, and the oversight and administration of grants and contracts. She works closely with program directors to assess need and organizational capacity to deliver program outcomes which uphold our mission and assure compliance.

Before joining the organization, Susan was an independent consultant; prior to that she held various other positions over 35 years working in finance, business development, program management, and community development. She has served actively on Boards’ of Directors and Committees for several diverse non-profit, professional and community associations. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the College of William and Mary, a Master’s of Science in Microbiology from the University of Missouri, a Master’s of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
