Raquel Pinillos

Raquel Pinillos is our center director for CentroNía Upshur. Raquel holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and 20 years of experience in the field of education, where she has dedicated her career to the holistic development of children and their families.

Over the span of her career, she has held various roles, including teacher, home visitor, education coordinator, Early Head Start (EHS) program manager and currently director of CentroNía’s Upshur Center. Raquel’s journey at CentroNía, which began 5 years ago, has strengthened her commitment to educational excellence and supporting diverse communities.

She is dedicated in creating motivating and safe environments for teachers, as they are the primary source for establishing enriching learning environments that foster the development, well-being and success of each child.
