Esteban Morales holds a bachelor's degree in Special Education, a master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Bilingual Special Education from George Washington University, and a master's degree in Educational Administration from Trinity University. He has 30 years of experience working in the education field in a variety of roles: teacher, coordinator, coach, principal, adjunct professor, educational director, and educational consultant. In 2014 along with his colleague Heriberto Velasquez, Esteban wrote and published the CentroNía Institute Reflective Practice Approach (CIRPA) Toolkit, a resource for early care and education practitioners to strengthen their ability to sustain quality teacher-child interactions and to create a stimulating and content-rich educational experience for children through intentional planning, documentation, assessment, and reflective practices.
Esteban is a certified CLASS Trainer & Observer for the levels of infant, toddler, and Pre-K. Esteban attended an intensive, comprehensive week-long training in the Infant and Toddler Environmental Rating Scale (ITERS-R), specially designed by the Environment Rating Scale Institute (ERSI) for coaching and technical assistance.
