Douglas Medina

Douglas Medina is CentroNía’s Building Engineer and is head of the facility department. Douglas is originally from Honduras and he studied computer and air conditioning courses at South Miami High School in Florida. He has received a universal certification in HVAC and has had 20 years of experience in building maintenance.

Starting at CentroNía in 2018, he ensures that the building is in compliance with state and federal regulations by coordinating maintenance and inspections of the different safety systems and equipment. He also does maintenance and basic repairs to our AC systems and installs and repairs kitchen equipment in our commercial kitchen. He also gives support to all the departments in the organization by materializing their ideas and different projects presented throughout the school year.
