Cynthia Mercado Díaz currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for CentroNía. Cynthia has more than 10 years of experience working in the Human Resources and Administrative field for the private and nonprofit sectors. She is a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship-management skills – a professional achiever and self-starter in a team environment as well as an individual environment.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Personnel Administration, both from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating with honors.
