November 18, 2015 – CentroNía hosted local artist, Phillip Ratner, for a special showcase of his children’s story Adam Bright and the New Zoo. With over 200 excited learners around him, he lit up the stage with an expressive retelling of the magical creatures in the New Zoo – each with a valued place in cleaning up the Earth. The message was absorbed like sponge! The curious learners left understanding how important taking care of our planet is and how we all share the responsibility. Laughter and cheers echoed around the room – Mr. Ratner really knew how to build the excitement. After today’s storytelling event, CentroNía will proudly display the artwork in our Dance Studio until the end of this year. If you’d like to learn more about Mr. Ratner you can plan a visit to the Ratner Museum in Bethesda, Maryland. Also, be sure to tell him CentroNía sent you!

Please be sure to check out the photos on CentroNía’s Facebook page to see just how much fun everyone had today!
