youth and families in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan

strives to be the premier educational leader for bilingual, multicultural
children, youth and families in the Washington, DC metropolitan
area. Success will be measured by our ability to:

achievement of all children and youth served.
2. Increase support for professional development of educational
and community leaders.
3. Develop adults to be strong child advocates.
4. Create a new generation of educational centers that will inform
the work of bilingual, multicultural communities and organizations
throughout the country.
