About Us • CentroNía is a nationally recognized, award-winning educational organization providing affordable, high quality education, professional development and family-support services in a bilingual, multicultural environment to more than 1,500 children, youth and families in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Mission • To educate children, youth and families in a bilingual and multicultural environment

Vision • CentroNia strives to be the premier educational leader for bilingual, multicultural children, youth and families in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Success will be measured by our ability to:

1. Raise educational achievement of all children and youth served.
2. Increase support for professional development of educational and community leaders.
3. Develop adults to be strong child advocates.
4. Create a new generation of educational centers that will inform the work of bilingual, multicultural communities and organizations throughout the country.

Values • CentroNía's educational model is based on the following values that inform all of our activities and actions:

Diversity. CentroNía operates and promotes a bilingual and multicultural environment. We recognize and embrace the unique values, contributions and preferences of people and communities regardless of their ethnicity, culture, race, color, religion, lifestyle, gender and economic status.
