Required Education:

Required Experience:

Minimum of three years help desk experience on the installation, deployment, upgrades and problem-solving of Windows operating systems and other Microsoft software. Some knowledge of LANs and an understanding of network protocols, including IP addressing. Have the skills to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with users, peers and management.

School Age Teacher Assistant
Required Experience: 1 - 2 years working with school age children and youth.
Required Education: High School diploma. Some college experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/ English.

Required Experience:
Three years experience in an Early Childhood setting and demonstrated capacity in planning classroom activities, observing children’s behaviors, and maintaining educational records.
Required Education:

Required Licenses:
Maryland State Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education.

Early Head Start Director
Required Education:
Master’s Degree in degree from a recognized college or university with a major in Early Childhood Development, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred or a BA/BS in the same professional disciplines or a related field
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of experience with management authority and responsibility including program planning, operations, and evaluation, and the use of management information systems. Preferably experience working in an Early Head Start program or other child development program serving low income children and families. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Early Childhood Education Program Coordinator
Required Experience:

Five years experience in an Early Childhood setting and demonstrated capacity in planning classroom activities, observing children’s behaviors, and maintaining educational records; to include three years experience working with children with disabilities. Two or more years experience with coordinating and managing staff. Position requires bilingual English/ Spanish ability.
Required Education:
Associates Degree working towards a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or related Child Development field (Master Degree preferred but not required)

Admissions and Enrollment Specialist
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or AA degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Social Work, Human Development or a related field.
Required Experience:
Knowledge of all Head Start Performance Standards related to ERSEA and coordinating enrollment for multi funded programs and related compliance issues. Experience calculating and work with numbers and perform simple analyses. Good record-keeping skills and computer knowledge. Ability to work with an ethnically, linguistically diverse population. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Family Support Supervisor
Required Education:
Preferably, a Master’s Degree from accredited college or university with major in Social Work, Human Development, Human Services, Early Childhood Education or a related professional discipline.
Required Experience:
Minimum of three to five years work experience with management authority and responsibility including program planning, operations, and evaluation, and the use of management information systems in an Early Head Start or other child development program serving low income children and families.
Demonstrated ability to work with, motivate and supervise staff, while maintaining a positive work environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Infant/Toddler Disabilities Coordinator
Required Education:
Bachelor’s, or preferably, a Master’s Degree from accredited college or university with major in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related professional discipline with an emphasis on Infant and Toddler development including qualifying coursework in Special Education.
Required Experience:
Minimum of two to four years work experience offering assistance to teachers in the implementation and adaption of n Infant/Toddler curriculum. Experience in an Early Head Start or other child development program serving low income children and families is highly desired. Demonstrated ability to work with, motivate and supervise staff, while maintaining a positive work environment. Bilingual English/ Spanish is strongly preferred.

Center Teacher
Required Education:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood education or related field.
CDA credential for Infant and Toddler Caregivers Preferred or a CDA credential and have been trained (or have equivalent coursework) in early childhood development.
Required Experience:
Six (6) months experience as teacher in an Infant/Toddler program. Ability to work with an ethnically and linguistically diverse population. Good record-keeping skills and computer knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Teacher Assistant
Required Education:
High School Diploma and CDA credential for Infant and Toddler Caregivers.
Required Experience:
1 year experience as teacher in an Infant/Toddler program. Ability to work with an ethnically and linguistically diverse population. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Home Visitor
Required Education:
Bachelors or Associates degree in child development, education, social sciences or related field. least 2 years’ experience working with children and families in a human service setting
Required Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience working with children and families in a human service setting. Bilingual English/ Spanish is strongly preferred.

Family Assistant

Required Education:
High School Diploma.
Required Experience:
Some experience working with at-risk families is preferred. Bilingual English/ Spanish is strongly preferred.

Family Support Worker
Required Education:
Preferably, a Bachelor’s Degree or AA degree from accredited college or university with major in one of the following disciplines: Social work, social welfare, human development, or a related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a Head Start or other child development program serving low income children and families. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.


Pre-K Teacher Assistant
Required Experience:
Two or more years of experience in the care and education of young children in a group care setting.
Required Education:
CDA or Associate’s degree, BA preferred
