Locations Originally established in 1986 as a childcare center in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of DC, CentroNía has transformed itself into a multidimensional institution that offers a diverse set of educational and wraparound services to low-income children and families. CentroNía's main office is located at 1420 Columbia Road NW in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC. We are located within walking distance of the S2 and 42 bus stops and the Columbia Heights Metro stop. 1)

Over the past five years CentroNía’s work has expanded from its original neighborhood base to include the establishment of a satellite site that houses one of the city’s model universal preschool programs for three and four year olds and the launch of an expansion site that will eventually serve 100 children in Montgomery County, Maryland. 2) CentroNía
