CentroNía Receives Grant from Choice Hotels International Foundation
Washington, DC –-- CentroNía today announced it has received a grant of $2,500.00 from the Choice Hotels International Foundation, a tax-exempt entity established by Choice Hotels International, Inc., (NYSE:CHH), one of the world's largest lodging franchisors. The grant given by the Choice Hotels International Foundation will enable CentroNía to continue educating children and families in a bilingual and multicultural environment. "This grant will provide CentroNía with much needed support and enable the organization to carry out its philanthropic goals," said Chuck Ledsinger, president and chief executive officer of Choice Hotels. "We hope by our example to encourage other organizations and individuals to follow suit." The Choice Hotels International Foundation, a tax-exempt entity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, was established in November, 1999 by Choice Hotels International to aid not-for-profit charitable and educational organizations.
